Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eliora. Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency and a smooth delivery experience.
Flat Rate Shipping
Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout. We aim to keep shipping as affordable and predictable as possible for our customers.
Carriers
To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we work with a range of trusted shipping partners, including but not limited to:
UPS, DHL, FedEx, Canada Post, USPS, and others.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number.
Shipping Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping carrier. Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the carriers, and actual delivery may be subject to delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey in real time.
Delivery Issues or Delays
Eliora is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers, customs processing, or weather-related events. If your package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number, or reaching out to our support team at hi@elioraclothing.com for assistance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges for full-priced items only in the form of store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale items—including any products purchased at a discount or marked as "FINAL SALE"—are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
U.S. returns and exchanges incur a flat $8 return fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. A prepaid return label will be generated for you through the link below.
