Refund policy

This website is operated by POETRY LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eliora, a brand owned and operated by POETRY LLC.

We accept returns or exchanges for full-priced items only in the form of store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale items—including any products purchased at a discount or marked as "FINAL SALE"—are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us at hi@elioraclothing.com.

Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

U.S. returns and exchanges incur a flat $8 return fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. A prepaid return label will be generated for you through the link below.
